Because of high volumes with our courier partners, due to Covid-19, most deliveries will now take 2 - 3 days instead of the usual 1 -2 Days
Ordering times for Christmas: If a product is being ordered as a gift for Christmas it is advisable to order as far in advance as possible as delivery cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed after the 22nd of December or over the holidays will be delivered from the 4th of January. Standard delivery times will resume from Monday the 4th of January 2021.
Fast Delivery Nationwide.
We despatch over 90% of orders next day, with nationwide delivery by our courier partners.
Next day means next working day for orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday as couriers do not deliver over the weekend).
Orders placed after 4pm or at weekends or Holidays will require a futher 24 to 48 hours.
Please note some larger items and funiture will require slighter longer delivery times. You will be informed of this when you place your order by email.
Eircodes are require by our courier partners. If you do not provided your Eircode for the courier, this will cause a delay with your delivery.
Your contact number, provided at checkout, allows the courier to contact you directly if there is any difficulty delivering your order.
We cannot guarantee next day delivery as all goods are delivered by third party couriers.
Shipping & Packing Charges are as follows
Orders over €50.00 ex vat are delivered free of charge
For orders under €50.00 ex vat a small charge of €5.49 ex vat applies.
We have had a very positive reaction to our local delivery service.
So while the social isolatiing lasts, we are continuing with local deliveries, for a small fee of €2.47 ex vat. This applies for Malahide, Portmarnock, Swords and Kinsealy.
Exceptions apply for some large & bulky items. We will contact you after you place your order.
Receiving Delivery at your Premises
Your contact number, provided at checkout, allows the courier to contact you directly if there is any difficulty delivering your order. All deliveries must be signed for so please ensure someone is available. Delivery is between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). Unfortunatly we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times.
Collect from Shop
We have a "collect from shop" service for local businesses and home users to avoid delivery charges for orders placed through the website. To avail of this service you will need to select the "collect from shop" option on the checkout page.
Please provide a mobile number so we can text you your collection number. When you receive your collection number, you can drop in to collect your order. Arriving at our retail premises without your collection number means our retail staff will not be in a position to assist you.
If you want us to ship Internationally, please contact us for a shipping quote. At present we do not have the facility to calculate International shipping charges during checkout.
