Delivery Information:

We process over 90% of orders next day, with nationwide delivery by our courier partners over the next 24 to 48 hours.

Next day means next working day for orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 1pm or at weekends or Holidays will require a further 24 to 48 hours.

Eircodes are require by our courier partners. If you do not provided your Eircode for the courier, this will cause a delay with your delivery.

Deliveries are to ground floor only.

We do not deliver to PO. Boxes.

Furniture and large machines will have a longer lead time of 7 to 10 days.
We will contact you if there is likley to be further delays for specific products.

Receiving Delivery at your Premises

Your contact number, provided at checkout, allows the courier to contact you directly if there is any difficulty delivering your order.

ll deliveries must be signed for so please ensure someone is available.

Delivery is between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Unfortunatly we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times.

Delivery Charges:

Standard Delivery

Office Supplies orders over €70.00 ex vat are delivered free of charge.

For orders under €70.00 ex vat a small charge of €5.49 ex vat applies.

For orders under €10.00 ex vat a small charge of €6.90 ex vat applies.

Bulky Items Delivery:

Furniture, printers, large shredders and other large & bulky items like whiteboards will have a delivery charge ranging from €9.99 to €14.99 ex vat.

You will see the exact charge that applies in the shopping cart or at checkout.

You do not have to login or register to see the delivery charges that will apply.

Click & Collect for free:

We have a click & collect service for local businesses and home users to help to avoid delivery charges for orders placed through the website.

To avail of this service simply select the "Click & Collect" option on the checkout page.

Please provide a mobile number so we can text you your collection number.

When you receive your collection number, you can drop in to collect your order.

Arriving at our retail premises without your collection number means our retail staff will not be in a position to assist you.

Please note that Click & Collect may not apply to larger orders or for furniture items due to storage limitations. We will inform you if this limitation applies to your order.
